Caitlin Macker
Caitlin Macker is an accomplished civil litigator who has built a diverse practice, handling matters in business torts, intellectual property, contract disputes, defamation, and real estate property, with a particular emphasis on labor and employment law. Throughout her career, Caitlin has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, including public entities such as the County of Los Angeles, as well as businesses and individuals.
At Harlan, Hillier, and DiGiacco LLP, Caitlin now focuses on representing plaintiffs in employment law, helping individuals navigate workplace disputes and secure justice for their rights. Her broad litigation experience enables her to effectively advocate for employees in cases involving discrimination, wrongful termination, wage disputes, and other employment-related matters. Passionate about fair treatment in the workplace, Caitlin is dedicated to empowering employees to stand up for their rights and pursue the justice they deserve.
Caitlin has been published in several prominent legal publications, regularly speaks at seminars, and teaches aspiring lawyers the art of trial advocacy through various mock trial programs in the San Diego community. Outside of her legal work, Caitlin is an avid animal lover, often spending time with her Great Pyrenees, Lady, at Del Mar dog beach or hiking local trails.
